The master bedroom design is so important to a homeowner’s enjoyment of their home and unfortunately is often overlooked. The Hammer Design Build Remodel team was asked to develop a master bedroom design that would make the space feel larger while still adding additional storage and warmth. 

By enlarging the entryway between an adjacent den room, the designers were able to include a custom stone wall with a gas fireplace insert, paired with custom cabinet book shelves. For added storage in the master bedroom, floor to ceiling cabinets were designed to match the homeowner’s beautiful wood furniture. Including recessed lighting, reading sconce lights, and a beautiful new paint job, this master bedroom design is now the beautiful and warm home oasis this Washington DC couple had been dreaming of!
