Hammer Contractors started out as a small, but passionate company working from our owner’s own basement in Olney, MD back in 2004. Years later the Hammer family has grown and that passion for giving our clients amazing remodeling projects has evolved into a full turn key design build remodeling firm.
Though Hammer has achieved national recognition for outstanding customer service excellence, we are still a family-owned company with a heart very close to home. We still take the time to get to know our clients and their families, and share time in the more important things in life — relationships!
Because of our passion for relationships we have decided to give back with a BIG THANK YOU! Year of over year, Hammer has depended and been blessed by the referrals and recommendations of our previous clients. No fine print here. We just want to make sure you understand and can earn the full benefits of being a repeat client or referring our company.
- Repeat Customer or Referring Party. A repeat customer is a former or current client of Hammer Contractors that is in process of completing or has completed a design build remodeling project, basement finishing system project, or exterior replacement project. Customers’ billing must be in good standing with Hammer Contractors. A referring party is anyone who refers a potential client to purchases services from Hammer Contractors.
- Referral Requirements. A referral meets the requirements for the Customer Referral Reward Program when the referred client signs an agreement for full construction or remodeling services offered by Hammer Contractors and provides Referral Rewards Voucher at time of first appointment or consultation.
- Referral Reward. When a referral has met the requirements for the Customer Referral Reward Program and has reached between 30-50% completion on their construction or remodeling agreement, Hammer Contractors will send the referring party a check for the value of the discount, up to $5,000.00. The value of the discount can also be applied as a credit towards an existing project or future project. The discount amount is determined exclusively by Hammer Contractors.
- Receipt of Reward. To receive a Referral Reward Program check referring party must first complete an accurate IRS W-9 form. All Referral Reward Program checks sent will be notified to the IRS.
- Confirmation of Referral. For a referral reward check or credit to be applied, the referring party must sign up for program here and agree to all terms and conditions before referred construction contract with Hammer Contractors is signed and accepted. Referred client must present Referral Reward Voucher that includes referring party’s full name.
- Terms of Agreement. The terms of this agreement are effective upon application via web form on this webpage. Hammer Contractors reserves the right to alter or terminate the terms of this agreement at anytime without notification to any involved parties.
